I don't know your age, but I use SAM-e, which helps with joint issues and also with menopausal mood swings.

Sam E (200 mg) is great for joints and mood.    HA (hyaluronic acid) is also excelent.   Like Sam E, it naturally occurs in your body but decreases with age.   I use the vegetarian formula from NOW or Jarrow and get good prices from Lucky Vitamin, com as I used to shop there when I lived in Seattle..

Sam E (200 mg) is great for joints, liver, and mood.    I also Like HA (hyaluronic acid).   Like Sam E, it is naturally occurring in the body and decreases with age.   It rehydrates the joints, eyes, and the entire body.   I use the vegetarian fomula from NOW or Jarrow and by my supplements from Lucky Vitamin.com as I used their store inn the Seattle area and the have good prices and selection.    I use HA for aging dogs, also.

The only thing that has helped me is the NSAID prescribed by my doctor.  Have you and your husband discussed your aches and pains with your doctor?

One cause of achy joints and muscle fatigue can be the use of prescription statins, such as Lipitor. Consult with your doctor about your symptoms. My doc took me off them the second I said I was getting achy, and I noticed a difference overnight. Obviously don't stop on your own, though.

First it takes sometime ,to feel a difference  once you start taking a joint supplement, months in some cases, i take OSTEO BI-FLEX, and a hyaluronic acid supplement,is a good idea.

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.

I was having a pain in my knee and one in the lower back, right above hip, on same side.  I went to ortho and he said it was osteoarthritis more than likely.  He asked if I wanted injections, I said no, my insurance wouldn't pay for it and x-rays needed for it.  I went and got Move Free Ultra (Triple Action) in a white bottle with a red cap (there are other Move Free products with MSM - it is not that one).  This has Type II Collagen, Boron and Hyaluronic Acid.  It cushions your joints.  You take 1 daily, it is about $19.99 for 30 (the other Move Free supplements re much cheaper, but this one worked for me).  Give it about 2 weeks before saying it doesn't work.  My pain is totally gone, but it comes back if I don't take it daily.  Good luck.
