Wow I just a a GREAT experience with HSN Customer Service. In January I ordered 4 different vitamins from Andrew Lessman. One of the vitamins I ordered was Complete MV. I just stated taking the MV a few days ago and it was making me nauseous. I called HSN expecting that I would be unable to return because it had been past the 30 day return policy. She said that I could still return it. I explained that I did not have any of the paperwork necessary to return it and asked if I could get the info online. She said yes I could print the return and copy of the invoice. Then she said don't bother sending it back and going through all the hassle I will just credit your account. Now that's customer service!!!{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
