At Evine go to My Account

then under Popular Topics choose 'view or modify my Value Pay orders'

then click on view/edit open value pay schedule.

That will list All your value pays and it has a total at the bottom of the list. Is that what you are looking for?

I just wish Evine wouldn't always have the 6 VP's on everything (or no VP's) as the choice.  If an item is say $50, you may like to have 2 installments of $25, but who wants to make 6 payments of less than $10?  I would only want 6 payments if it was a very pricey item, and then, I probably shouldn't be buying it anyway!

I agree @2blonde, I wish they had a deal where you can chose the value pays you want up to the 6. I sure dont want to pay 6 months for a cream that only lasts 2. I just pay a couple months and then go in and pay off the rest so I dont pay on something more then 3 months max.

Im right there with ya on that!!

Well, I had a CS agent from Evine attempt to consolidate all my value pays to my balance. In doing so my account got FLAGGED! WHAT! He said not all of them would transfer (they should, all on Evine's card) and now my card is flagged! WTF! He transferred me to Synchrony Bank to find out what's going on. I get transferred and disconnected. Tried calling back and the line is busy, busy.

I  pay the New Balance every month. Have never paid a penny interest andNOW  my account is flagged! I am so not having a good time.

Sounds like a mess, I'm sorry @cynthe    Smiley Frustrated

Different subject but the thing I dislike about paying off their value pays, for each item they have to pay off each month seperately, they cant just make one transaction and pay the dang thing. I guess they have a method to their madness but it seems messy!!

If you go to your account online and look at your value pays, you can click "EDIT" and pay now which will automatically bill in full and you can pay it off.  I tend to take the value pay at first so I don't invest a lot of money in case it's something I don't want (which is rare), but then I pay it off in full so I don't have all that hanging around.  Hope that helps a little.  You may not get it all taken care of right away.  It may take till the next billing cycle to show the items you've chosen to pay off.

That's the way I have done it. Even if I put something on e-z pay I know how much I owe. Evine has all this info. broke down on their site.

You can go into your ezpay and pay them all off if you choose.  Take a look.

if you are trying to pay off all of your future value pays with your evine credit card you must make sure you have enough credit on that card for all of the payments to go through. if you have hit your credit limit you may need to use another card.

I would not think they would let you charge something on value pay if you did not have enough open credit limit.

After going back and forth, I think things are finally being straightened out. I am aware of being able to pay off the value pays one by one. What I wanted to do was make one payment from my bank account (not put on another credit card) for all outstanding amounts owed to Evine. It isn't a huge amount and I am no where near my credit limit with Evine.

Synchrony Bank flagged my account when one of the CS reps started to singularly transfer them to my balance. That has been taken care of.

In the future, I will either pay in full or use another credit card. I just don't like this banks practices. But that's just me.

Thanks again for all your advice!
