On 1/20/2014 just bee said:Ladies, if you're serious about your yogurt, allow me to suggest one.
Ingredients: Organic whole milk, organic nonfat milk powder, L. acidophilus LA-5®, S. thermophilus, L. bulgaricus, L. casei, L. rhamnosus, B. bifidum cultures.
OMG, that stuff is horrid, LOL! I am really into organic and health food. I eat all sorts of weird food, but I cannot for the life of me get that stuff down. It is not only sour, you can really taste the "spoiled milk", LOL! But it is good for you. Serious yougurt eaters indeed! LOL!

WW has a recipe for a 'point free' veggie soup. Perhaps you can find that on their website.

Do you have the Kroger markets in your area? I'm in So Cal, and we have Ralphs here. They have a Kroger CARB MASTER yoghurt in great flavors .... 3 carbs per cup and about 60-80 calories. Not sweet, but definitely nourishing.
I sometimes make it a "dessert" by giving the yoghurt a 1 TBSP shot of whipped cream for another 20 calories ....... it's worth it!
