O/T Breast Biopsy

Hi Ladies, just had additional views and an ultrasound today and was told i have a 5mm growth near my left nipple. It is round and feel it is necessary to do a biopsy, I am going this friday. Naturally I am worried because i always had normal mammograms, I am 53. I am praying it is benign will not be able to sleep until then, also no history of breast cancer in my family. Have any of you gone through this, if so please let me know how things turned out for you. Thank you so much.
