These celeb children can't be taken out of the home no matter what these poor kids have to live with, and who knows what she grew up with. This is just awful.

If reports are true, she's had a serious drug problem for a while. It's very sad. You would think that there would be someone in her life that would help her.

Tragic and it doesn't sound like she is going to make it.
