Due to QVC dragging their feet about sending a credit for return to bank who administers, I stopped using QCard. I called the bank and it was immediately credited and returned my money. I recently received a QVC letter saying the account will close unless I use it due to 18-month inactivity. I purchase very little and do not plan to use QCard but do not want it on my credit report that account was closed.
