Just arrived yesterday, charged for almost 24 hours and the lights are STILL cycling like it's not fully charged? REALLY hate to return and have to wait another few weeks for delivery....
Someone on Amazon said it can be reset but didn't say how....
Anyone?

first charge? be patient. i have a device that only needs recharge every 3 months, but the recharge takes over 24 hours.

@LorraineG57I went through the same thing. Once it is fully charged you will be good to go. If you unplug it, even for one minute, it will go through a full charging cycle. Best to keep it unplugged for the five days that you are using it, then charge it again. I use it Monday through Friday and charge it over the weekend. You can always contact NuFace Customer Service they were very helpful. Hope this helps...

I am having tjhe same issue been charging for almost 48 hrs now still not solid blue light
still cyclling
Did you ever get it resolved? I don't think the mini can be re-set
