Nuface Trinity - should lights be blinking when charged?

Hi. Just received the Nuface Trinity and charged it. It was on the charger over 12 hours. I'm not sure - the lights are blinking across it when it is in the cradle and turned off. I thought when it was charged it was supposed to just be solid blue light, not blinking?
