This is also my favorite gel to use with my NuFace.  I bought the NuFace gel once and I hated it.  It's a lot more expensive and I can also feel the current from the device a lot more.  The Spectra gel is a little thick, but it spreads easily.  

 

Angie from Hot & Flashy says you can also just use water, but I haven't tried that.  I'd think it would be uncomfortable with just water.
