HELP. I just received and the directions say use an OIL FREE cleanser. They never said that in the presentation nor is it stated in the description online. I use Philosophy Purity Made Simple and it DOES contain oil..and I also use a cleanser from Ole Henrickson which has Almond oil. Great.....I dont even want to use now...To all who use the Nu Face what cleanser do you use?????

I don't have the mini but have used my Trinity for over two years and I've used the Tatcha cleansing oil before hand. Not sure why they say that. You rinse it off and then use a gel for the microcurrent and to get it to glide. Is there an 800# you can call? For cleaning my face I have various products I use depending on what my skin seems to need that day and my benefits keep increasing. A stumper for sure. Good luck
