I paid $390 for the NuFace TSV, which included the ELE attachment on Jan. 2014. After 22 months of using the NuFace, interchanging the facial trainer and ELE attachments, the facial trainer attachment cracked. I called NuFace CS to inform them that it cracked after using it for less than 2 years. I told them that it cracked because it was plastic. She was very defensive and not very customer friendly. After dealing with NuFace, I would recommend buying your microcurrent device from any other company other than NuFace. Their devices are overpriced, much of which is spent on advertising and not on their products.
