I am really interested in the NuBrilliance Microderm Abrasion machine. I know that it is similar if not the same as Dr Denese's Advance Clinical Resurfacing System (which is about $90 less than the NB), but from what I understand, Dr.D's doesn't have the small round tip for the eye area & doesn't come with a DVD. Is this correct? Does the smaller tip from ShopNBC (C400100) fit on DrD's machine?
With my birthday coming up, I am thinking about taking the plunge, but I want to be sure it's money well spent.
After reading some reviews here and elsewhere, it seems like the biggest complaint is the machine losing its suction after a month of so. Sometimes I think users do not know how to properly use & care for their products, so I am wondering if this is a serious manufacturing defect, or does the part just need to be cleaned regularly, make sure the gasket is in place, etc.??
Most of the reviews are from people who have been using this device for a short period of time. Who out there has been using this product for a longer period and is still happy with the results and the performance of the machine?
Would you recommend I buy DrD's $160 machine plus the smaller NB replacement tips for $18, or is it worth it to spend the $250 on the NB (which also looks like it comes with more skin products, but I'm not positive). Or should I forget about it & spend my money on something entirely different?
Any help you could give a sister would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, lovies!
