Nu Face mini question

The instructions are not very good but I charged it and tried to use it today. I saw three blinking lights which lasted about 2 minutes and then stopped. There was no sound and I felt no vibration. Is that the way it is supposed to work? I never saw it on television but it is not what I expected.

Mine is arriving today.  If I get any sense that it is not working right, or is doing nothing for me, it is definitely going back!

You see 1, 2, or 3 lights according to how you set it. It vibrates when it is on and makes a beeping sound to que you to make the next "pass". Yours appears to be defective.

I finally got it working. I feel the vibration and hear a slight humming. Thanks!
