@goldensrbest  I use and love O'Keefe for feet...the one in the round jar...not tube.

I have the driest feet ever, and I do my own pedicures every 2 weeks because theyll get dry, calloused,  and  toes/ cuticles too.   ...nothing keeps them as soft and velvety as O'Keefe between my pedicures.

The Bag Balm @SilleeMee  suggested sounds like it might be worth a try too.

@goldensrbest - I'm not sure this is what you want, but I use Vicks on my heels and toes. My nail specialist recommended it. I thought she was crazy, but when I went to the drugstore next door, the pharmacy tech told me they couldn't keep it in stock. It really does work!  Smiley Happy

Are you talking about Vicks Vapo Rub?  Sort of like a petroleum jelly consistency but smells of menthol?

@Tinkrbl44 - I am. I thought she meant Vasoline, but she said there are ingredients in Vicks that make your feet really smooth, and she's right.

I use it only in the morning. Once in a while I'll put it on at night and put socks over, but not very often.

One more thing - if I start to get a sore toenail, like an ingrown one coming on, I rub this in. I have never had any sore toenails after doing this.

@SilleeMee  Are you a chemist and/or scientist?

Asking because I noticed when you recommend certain products, you know the ingredients & what they do or NOT do.

You do recommend some **very interesting** products.

I always find a product rich in Shea butter is the most well absorbed nourishing moisturizer plus a barrier- I recently got a Trader Joe's all-over "balm", and first ingredient is Shea butter- it's good, and extremely well priced-  There are lots of Shea butter choices!

@beach-mom  im going to try your suggestion about the vicks.

Not so much for dryness...but lately im experiencing very achey burning feet...dr suggested seeing a neurologist.   A few times they burned/hurt so bad i couldn't sleep.

I bet the vicks would offer some cooling relief.

I tried soaking them, felt nice, but didn't help.

I also get painful toe nails...what helps me is removing any excess build up along the side walls of the big toes, and under nails.    I seem to get excess skin or a type of cuticle.

I purchased a really great tool kit for this...7 pieces, and cuticle remover thats so amazingly thorough.

Another reason I do my own feet....I need all this done, top notch and thorough.

Ill keep that Vicks on hand...thx!   I have heard of it for feet.

I use Curel Foot Therapy cream. Works great and not expensive.
