Does anyone know when the mascara sale at Nordie's? It's in Nov.

I'm sorry I don't know the date.  I only jumped on to mention that those who like Lancome mascara may want to check out Mascara Mania and Mascara Must Haves, available from HSN.

Mania is 3 full size mascaras (Hynose, Hypnose Drama, and Grandiose); Must Haves is full sizes of Definicils and Hypnose mascara; and a full and travel size of the lash primer Cils Booster.  Each set is $50,  and that is less than the counter price for any two of those products.

I like Bobbi Brown's mascara so I did a pre-order in-store last week.  Buy two, get one free.  I was told NOVEMBER 5.  Don't know, though, if that's just for BB or Nordstrom.  Hope this helps.

Thanks. I use a certain shade of brown. I'll check the Lancome but I think it's too dark.

I took advantage of that about a year ago. My trio contained the battery operated one! lol

they were good but I wasn't impressed enough to spend what they usually cost individually...

@Andreatoo, The set I bought from HSN last year was the Hynose family (regular, Star and Drama).  That battery operated mascara was one of Lancome's few slip ups in the category (IMO).  I've been a Lancome mascara wearer since their original Immencils.  I've use other bands from time to time to keep up with what's out there, and a few have been excellent, but not one of them has been impressed me enough to give up Lancome.

I alternate between Prescriptives and Lancome.  Prescriptives recently had their sale so I bought 2.  I've found in the past I stocked up and by the time I was ready to use some of them, they'd become thick and clumpy. 

I buy my Lancome from HSN when they are on sale.

I have dry eye and cannot risk an infection. I throw my mascara out every three months. My opthamologist, one of the few ocular opthamologists in the world, has a flyer in his office. His wife, a nurse who also has dry eye, made it. I asked her about other eye m/up but she only is adament about mascara. The bacteria that grows in the tube after three months can be vicious.

I've never opened a bad mascara from the sale.

The reason I pay so much is because I cannot find a good shade of brown in the drugstore. Black is too harsh for me; I have blonde eyebrows and lashes and very fair skin.

My total for three mascaras came to sixty three dollars. I haven't found my HG yet. I love the 698 shade of brown that Dior does but am not crazy about the mascara itself.

I love a mascara that I get from justforredheads.com but that's eighteen dollars. That will be my fourth one.
