When I was in Sephora's a few weeks ago.  I heard an employee behind the counter saying after January they will be changing their rewards and whatever points you don't use will be gone.  The other employees were surprised by it as well so I don't know if it is true or not.  They need to change it because like others have said the choices they give you are awful.

@Phantom41  I Agree the samples offered aren't as good as in the past. They offer items that are not selling well most of the time.

My Sephora points just sit there. Nothing is of interest to me. What they offer customers for shopping & accumulating points is not worth my time to continue shopping there.

 

"Mascara Madness": 11/9, buy 2 get one free - Nordstrom! What's not to love?
