I have read this before but thought it must be an error .... you hold this in your mouth for FIFTEEN MINUTES?
I would probably forget what I was doing and accidentally swallow it! LOL

Actually, 20 minutes is the recommended time. But 10 or 15 will help, too. Some people have to work up to 20 minutes.
You are supposed to "pull" the oil (very few oils are recommended, most will not work) back & forth through your closed teeth. "Swishing" is something different, what one would do with mouthwash.
