No matter what I use, putting concealer under my eyes looks horrible+++

I've tried primer, mixing with moisterizer, and alone and no matter what, it looks so dry and cakey.

I have very minimal dark circles and I just want to illuminate the area but hate the creasing.

Any thoughts?
