No Needle Fix Serum

Has anyone tried this serum? I had never heard about it until I read about it in a magazine this afternoon. It's available at Ulta, Target and GNC. It gets rave reviews at Ulta.com. I have no doubt it's not a miracle serum, but from the reviews at Ulta, it apparently does help smooth out the look of the skin.
