She says it isn't. It just depends on where you place them compared to how you sleep. Plus there's no hard tools or anything. She just uses thick hair ties. I may try it for myself this weekend.

My two pony tails, then rolled gave great curls, but I just can't sleep on them. I'll try the bantu knots this weekend. I may just have to bite the alarm clock and get up earlier to set rollers.....{#emotions_dlg.crying}
