No 7 Lash Impact Serum

[ Edited ]

It's suppose to make lashes grow and/or make thicker.  It's sold at Walgreens and Target and No 7.  $9.99.   Has anyone tried this lash serum?  Also, there are no warnings so it won't change eye color.

Ingredients seem OK, except for the parabens. Now at Walgreens, Buy 2 Get 1 Free.

What's the active ingredient in that stuff? I'm not familiar with that product.

Hi, Sillie, this line used to be named Boots No 7, from the UK,  does that sound more familiar to you now?  Not bad, avg priced.

@Shelbelle

Yes, I figured it was an outcrop of the Boots line. But what is in the lash serum that makes the lashes grow?

I use the #7 Restore and renew day SPF 30, and night cream.
I've always used dept store brands, such as Shiseido, or Elizabeth Arden, Gurlain, etc. Figured I'd give this a try, and I'm pretty happy with results...although I haven't tried the lash serum or much else, considering how well the creams work, I'd say, give it a try.

Maybe compare ingredients to Latisse...my daughter uses it, and I asked her if she had false lashes on. She said, it's just Latisse, and her lashes got so long, they curled. Also we like Benefit Roller Lash, so that's an added benefit. Personally, I dont use any lash enhancers, i just use Roller lash, and my lashes look long and great. I would be interested to see ingredients and compare to No7.

Latisse contains the Rx ingredient bimatoprost. That's a proven effective lash enhancement product. The No.7 lash serum doesn't appear to have any such ingredient. All I see in it is proteins and conditioners....and nothing that would make hair grow based on science.

Latisse is RX and contains the glaucoma med ingredient that can change eye color, this is not in OTC products.
