 Several years ago I bought an eye shadow kit and lipliner/lipstick,  I found them to be of poor quality and substance.  Colors were dull,  Disappointing.

No, never ordered anything. I tend to steer away from her  products because they seem over priced for what you get. I also see no reviews anywhere.

I brought a lipgloss a few years ago. It was okay. I love Nikol but the biggest issue for me is that she offers No Refund or Exchanges All sales are Final . Cosmetics on line can be tricky so basically whatever you but you are stuck with. Her products are not cheap palletes can be $40 to $ 50 .

I agree with you! To offer no returns or exchanges is not a good business plan! I've ordered a few products and frankly they are just ok. Nikol makes everything she sells look great! I don't agree, after all she is a professional make up artist! She's came out with some new lipsticks. One I'd like to try, but NO REFUNDS...so that's a NO!!

I bought her stainless steell guasha tool last year and like it very much. Just this month I bought her eye lid primer and love it!  Very nice quality and beautiful packaging plus I got it on sale.  Makes eyeshadow glide on nicely on my 77 year eyelids!

Wow..No returns....Not the business model I want to be a part of.  I try to make good choices but sometimes things just don'r work.  Oh well, good thing there are lots of other choices to pick from!

Hello friends, I have purchased her eye primer and I love it. I have discoloration and this product allows my eyeshadows to show their true color. I have also purchased her mascara and I love it. I've used many brands such as Estee Lauder, tarte, etc, and by far her mascara seperates and lengthens by lashes. I look forward to purchasing more from her

I guess I can understand her reason for not allowing returns.  She's not Walmart or Sephora.  She's an individual and returns could really be big loss.  I like Nikol.  I have a stainless gua sha that I got on Amazon.  It was $7.  I got stainless steel because I tend to drop things.
