Hey Browneyedmom,

So sorry you are having this problem. I hope you find a way to work it out with Nick Chavez's customer service. Too bad there is no way to talk with someone who could help you.

I really wish I had some new ideas to fix the problem, and wow if it clogs up that hard in the can I would be worried about what it might do to my hair. Chaz Dean makes a product called VTS which gives my hair a light hold and does not put aerosols in the environment.

I do hope you find someone who can help you.

Just wanted to follow up- I called the salon today and they put me in touch with someone. She said she replied to my emails so not sure what happened to them. But they have sent me the form I needed. So this has been resolved and I am a happy customer! Thanks to all for your suggestions.
