New workout technique--YOU all!

The BB and you all became part of my workout today. I am usually VERY into my TUNES while working out, well except when I am being interrupted by my kiddos Smiley Wink Today, just about 3min. into my workout, I started on my first interval, got to the top and was hitting it hard...then my mind wandered to a product that I have been looking for and wanting...then I thought, "oh, I'll ask on the BB and see if anyone has any recommendations" So, I started think about the product and posting about it here and hoping someone would have a suggestion for me to try...then I looked down and it was suddenly past 6 1/2 min.s!! WHOAAA. Fasted 3 min's ever-ha! I stayed at the top of the interval longer than I would have if my mind wouldn't have wondered. So next time I am going hard and struggling to get through the workout, I'll just pause the Eminem and let my mind wander to the BB-HAHA!!
