I just received my first compact of Laura Geller's baked eyeshadow in rome/milan. I have a question about the packaging and weather or the one I received is new or not. The shadow compact did not come in a small Laura Geller box. I'm pretty new to Laura Geller, and have only bought some baked blush and it did come in a box and looked brand new. However, this shadow I just received (like I said, did not come in a box) and looks like someone may have used it and sent it back. Is that normal not to receive the compact shadows not in the little Laura Geller box? And some of the shadow is around in the compact, which you would think, if brand new, that it would be clean unless during shipping it may have spread about in the compact. If you pay $20 for something, it better be brand new right?
