I use a Becca undereye brightener and have been quite happy with it.  Less is more at least IMO.  I only have those half circle shadows to deal with as well as some dents going into my cheek area.

I think it has dropped only for Loyalty customers.  If you're not one, you can sign up, then you will be able to buy it early.  I think it will become generally available some time in July.
