New beauty test tube

I am curious as to when and if there will be a new auto delivery sign up through qvc? I can't remember when my last shipment was, I checked my orders and it seems as though I have recieved one more recent than what is showing. Either way I dont know if my auto plan is up already. I don't see a new one available to order. Any info on the test tube would help, I don't want to miss the next one. Which really brings me to my next question, why is it that they only do the auto delivery on this product for short term? When I first ordered it I thought it was until I decided to cancel then I figured it out. Thanks for any help. Dina

I would like to know, too! I have been getting it for a couple years and really enjoy it. But yes, the auto-delivery ends and I have to buy into it again. I don't always love all of the products, but usually there are enough good ones to make it worth while.

I would email CS about it. When I used to be on the New Beauty Test Tube A-D, it was for a few shipments then would end, and you'd have to start over again with a new one once it was released. I haven't seen it on the Q since before Christmas.
