@ccassaday  - I looked at them last night and, so far, I'm safe from the shades.  None of them wowed me, except for the pink one.  It looks a bit peach so that may interest me.  I'm not using my other eyelights so not sure I want to try these.

I had VIP early access to try this.  The first tube arrived a little smashed and oozing from the tube when I removed the cap.  The replacement was fine.  I do think they should find a better way to ship small items other than a padded envelope.  They don't prevent item smooshing 100% of the time.

But about the Cashmere Eyelights...

The tube is still metal but the tip is pointed for a little more control.  The user still needs to squeeze gently and cautiously or an excessive amount will still come out.  I chose the Tundra Taupe.  It's a light nude shade.  I've been applying it all over my lid and up to my brow as a base color and brow highlight.  It covers nicely and doesn't crease once it's dry.  It's kind of acted as a primer for me to then go back with the Back2Brow Light and Medium as my eyeshadows.  Everything lasts until my PM routine.  For those who like a single shade one & done look, I think these would fit the bill.

I'm sure I'll eventually collect all of the shades.  They're pretty.

That lavender one is calling my name. These would be great for a single shadow and add a sparkly topper. I need to see the pink and mauve one. I don't think their pictures are the best

I was thinking the taupe  would be great as a primer. Regular eye primers don't work for me.  I use a Moira pot cream shadow for eye primer. Bring in a tube would be great. I love using a sparkly shade over the regular eye lights so these would be great for that

I tried the Dusty Trail and didn't like the color very much. Don't really see the point of putting something that looks like foundation on my eyelids. But it went on smoothly and didn't crease.

For me, they're just too messy and hard to use. I like Doll 10 creamy eyeshadows.

Thanks for posting @ccassaday and @Toots711 ! And thanks for the detailed review @JeanLouiseFinch

They're gorgeous! I just ordered 4 of the previous shadows on sale a while back, but they do have a lot of sheen.

I would like to try some of these to. I still do a light shadow on my lid and a deeper one above. That's been harder to do with the ones I have. Do you think that would be possible with these? Smiley Happy

Yes, @beach-mom, I do think it's possible.  I know RM talks a lot about applying with her finger but the Eyelights, IMO, lay down better with a small brush and only take a little at a time.  I actually like the look of a lid, the way you're describing, but then add a little dab of the shimmer eyelight on the lid.  No shimmer in the crease or above.
