New Brow Marker Formula? Brows turning green!

Did the formula for the new triple brow marker change? I have both the old, single tip style and the new triple tip style in "Brown". While wet, the triple tip marker brow looks brown, but once it dries, it looks green! I went over it with the old, single tip formula pen this morning and there was definitely an improvement.

I know that moisturizers will cause a color change, so I always apply my brows immediately after showering - before I put anything on my face. What the heck?
