New Bow Dryer Recommendations

I really need a new blow dryer. I would love a T-3, but that isn't in the budget right now, so I am looking for something in between that will not dry out my hair. I have had a ceramic in the past, now they talk a lot ions and tourmaline, neither of which I know anything about. I went Ulta yesterday and they have many to try out, so that helped somewhat.

Any information would be helpful to a novice, I'm not crazy about doing my hair, since it is fine and I need to color it as well.
