I just wanted to share my recent experience with New Beauty regarding their Test Tube Program. I really wanted to sign up for QVC's TT, but missed out a few months back - so I ordered from the New Beauty site. Fast forward a bit & when the Q test tube was available again - I picked that one up too.

I have really enjoyed both test tubes and done some reviews on the items as well. I actually have "discovered" some new favorite products from it.

This time around I received both Test Tubes, and finally decided that I needed to choose. The New Beauty TT was lacking in cosmetics and this time I just didn't "love" anything in it. I seem to usually prefer my QVC TT - so I decided to make "the call".

I found the customer service number and dialed away. I was connected to a very nice woman who had no problem canceling my future shipments. I asked if it was at all possible to return the current tube because nothing really appealed to me (thinking there was no chance, but never hurts to ask) & she told me not to worry about sending it back, but she would refund me anyway. She said that they would rather I share the products with someone who might be interested then simply returning them.

I have to say, I am very impressed. Within moments I had two emails. 1 stating that I had canceled all future tubes & another with my refund info. I have shared the products with others, who are using them. For the customer service alone, I would have no problem signing back up for their program if I see future test tubes that interest me.

I wanted to share this information because I know these "subscription" services can be hit or miss with how they are handled behind the scenes. If you have ever wanted to sign up for the New Beauty Test Tube, I DO recommend their product & service. For the record, I have gotten other TT's that I loved from them - but for me, both were not in the budget any longer so I had to choose.
