So I just noticed yesterday that a new BE store had opened at my local mall- may be only been there a week. However it is called 'Bare Minerals' (not Bare Escentuals - like the other stores I've been to).
Also there were NO color kits. Only a few Get Started kits.
Hopefully they will start to get in more items but it was geared for all the Ready products as someone else posted about their local store.
There were the foundations, veils, blushes, colored eye-primers, moxies, lipsticks, B&B eyeliner (?thought these were going away), high shines, faux tan, E/S stacked neatly by name and color family and of course all the Ready stuff. Prob. more stuff I didn't notice.
Seemed so clinical and uninviting in there. I'll go back and talk to the BA's soon but for now I am so annoyed about my RTC eyeliner pencils and that I want no more new BE right now.
To replace my Noon RTC liner, I went to Sephora and used my 15% off card to by another Urban Decay 24/7 pencil in 'Binge'. I will layer that with black to get a deeper navy.
I really think that BE needs to test their new products for a longer period of time. Makes no sense upsetting existing customers (turning off potential new customers) and then footing the cost of sending new products to replace the cr**py ones.
I mean...really.
