I get the feeling that others have already learned this and I am just a bit slow on the uptake. I ordered ShopNBC's TTV on 2/22 (Skinn mineral makeup with bonus). Well, I never got the bonus. After calling CS and getting nothing and then emailing them and being told both times that it was a computer error and that the bonuses were being sent out, I still didn't get anything. I finally emailed this week to say that I had had a poor experience. Their response was that they had a record saying that the bonus was sent to me, delivered to my garage (HUH?), and that, if I wanted to pursue this further I would have to take it up with UPS. Needless to say, I emailed back saying that I would never again order from ShopNBC because money is tight and they have far too many competitors. With the way most of us are standing on our heads trying to make sure we keep our jobs, it amazes me that so many big corporations still don't make the slightest effort to please their customers. Well, at least I'll be saving some money!
