Neutralizing Spackle and eye spackle

HELP!!

I recently saw the Neutralizing Spackle/eye spackle comb on QVC. I order it and received it yesterday. I wore it today and have some questions about the eye spackle.

I love the way the Neutralizing spackle felt!!!

1. The eye spackle seemed to aggrivate my contacts, is this normal?

2. BY 2p the eye spackle was flaking around my eye .... what did I do wrong?? How can I prevent this from happening in the future. I loved the effect earlier in the day ... disappointed in the later side effects.
