Neti Pot Kit... has anyone actually tried this before?

I was watching Rachael Ray today and they were showing ways to help stay healthy during the winter months, and they were talking about this Arm & Hammer Neti Pot kit.

I have NEVER seen this before! Has anyone tried it? Does this work?! They said youre suppose to do it every night, even when you are not sick.

Seems like it would feel ackward and strange!
