Every Morning- Neocell collagen type 1&3 with Orange Juice or emergen-c powder and 2 neocell hyaluronic acid capsules.My reason for taking this is the reviews I read on there site and A few threads here.I'm taking it for my Hair,skin,nails and Joints.what are you taking it for?Is there a better one or is this the best out there?
