Any proven products that lifts sagging skin around the jaws and mouth besides a face lift or facial yoga? I think that's also called the labial folds. There are so many products out there but what really works ? What have you tried and it really works ? Thanks

So sorry @Goodie2shoes . There are no serums or creams that can lift, fill in folds or deep lines or add volume. Fillers may be the answer if you're up for that.
We all face loss of volume as we age...jowls, neck, lines around the mouth and marionette lines from the corner of the lips downward. All this are signs of a life well lived and the gift of aging instead of the alternative.
Some of what you describe is genetics and some can be sun damage which robs our skin of collagen/volume.

I have it as well. I have done fillers, Fraxel, RF Microneedling, Plasma Pen, and laser face lifts. Is it gone, no but it looks a heck of a lot better. None of these procedures are one-and-done. I have had multiples of each treatment.

😳 what is the ultimate outcome? The aging process continues relentlessly and despite your interventions. At some point won't you have to stop doing these things? or end up looking freakish? Because down the road your signs of real age will be more and more apparent

That's kinda what I thought but I wanted to get the opinion of some of the beauty experts on this forum. I take very good care of my skin and use Sunday Riley, Philosophy and Elemis products to name a few
I do think it's a genetics issue.

In my case, I had a lot of premature aging from years of sun exposure and smoking. I wanted to erase some of that. I will continue with RF, fillers, and lasers on a yearly basis for collagen production. I am very happy with the outcome of my procedures. It has made a world of difference.i am almost 61 and everyone thinks I am in my 40’s.

'Lifting' sagging skin probably needs professional intervention. If it really bothers you then invest some time and money in a visit to a pro...a derm or a cosmetic surgeon. A consultation will give you an idea of what can be done for your particular concerns. Everyone is different and what might be needed is a combination of different procedures to make it happen. Good luck in finding your happiness. ![]()

Just want to mention a list of topicals that have been studied for firming effect: algae, echinacea, fennel, horsetail, ivy, yarrow, caffeine, lupine & soy. Many creams on the market have included one or two of these. Algae seems to be a big deal right now. Diane Young and her neck cream w/ echinacea, Whoosh w/ caffeine, Manuela w/ soy...et.al.
Of course, a topical offers a very subtle effect.
