Another vote for Sally Hansen cream in the tube. It works great and the color lasts.

I just bought Sally Hansen in the tube today for my legs. Wearing jeans today, it's a little cool here today, so I tried it on one of my arms. It looks great and did not rub off and I have a white t-shirt on. I am light but I bought the medium. Just the amount of color I wanted. Can't wait to try it on my legs tomorrow. I think it will be perfect. My mother recommended it to me because she has terrible veins around her ankles. I don't have the veins but just wanted a to cover some flaws and I think this is the perfect answer.
