Need something for my nails, Breaks on sides of my nails...!

Hi BB Girls,

My nails are good in general, no major issues except lately i don't know if its the water,(my hands are constantly in them) or the weather or my filing - but my nails are breaking in the sides of my nails (only one side of the nail). I use Essie "Be Rich" nail treatment and I like it it helps protect the nail but after a certain length my nails break on the side. very annoying. I think I need a good nail file or something...

What do you ladies use?
