Need retinol suggestion, please.

Hi ladies - I've decided I need some sort of retinol product. My derm gave me Retin-A but it dries my skin out after just one application. I even let my face dry completely before putting it on. Maybe it's to strong - 0.1%. Anyway, perhaps I had better start off with something a little milder, so I'm looking for retinol suggestions. One caveat though - it can't contain silicones of any kind. Of course this makes it tough. Looked at the Philosophy Help Me today at Sephora but of course it has cones in it. Grrr... Anyone have suggestions? TIA!
