Here are two that are under $10. alba Botanica or Neutrogena. I currently have the alba Botanica and it does not feel heavy on the skin. They have natural or mineral.

another vote for neutrogena the ultra sheer! I am fair and cannot stand most sunscreen between the heavy feel and the scent. After I put the neutrogena on I cannot feel it. I also picked up the coppertone version and its nice too and cheaper
