Need recommendation for mini flat iron

Would like to buy a mini flat iron. Not necessarily mini in lenght, but plates of 1/2". And variable temp control is a must. Any recommendations? I don't want to go so cheap that it ruins my hair, but don't want super expensive either. Thanks ladies!
