For best results also try the shampoo for your hair type. I have to hunt around for it but you can also purchase online. Depending on your issue it should help. I use less of it now but keep it around to keep my scalp healthier which is often the root of many problems. Hope this helps. One tip: keep out of your eyes as it can burn like heck!!! :-)
I actually use this on my show cats and, yes, it really DOES make the hair (fur?) grow faster.

Your nutrition (and your genetics) determines that. With that in mind, the Andrew Lessman Healthy Hair, Skin and Nails vitamins work very, very well. I was not an AL fan at all until I tried these. They flat out work.you're right but nobody wants to hear it :-(

I don't know the cost of Lessman's supplements..............but you can find Biotin 5000mcg at any drugstore/Walmart that sells vitamins. I was told that vitamin and dose by my Family Practitioner and use it myself. I've been losing much less hair, virtually nothing each shampoo.

At Walmart I get 240 soft gels of Biotin 5000mcg = 8 months worth for under $10. Great to buy when a BOGO sale is on. Other companies make the biotin but I find the soft gels the easiest to swallow vs. horse pills.

A super antioxidant you can get from drinking regular and decaf green tea.

I love the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree. Feels really good. I don't know if it makes hair grow faster. I take 5000 of Biotin per day, that has helped with my nails and hair both.
My hairdresser recommends laying off the shampoo and washing every other day or every 2 days, which I will try,but I also love to shampoo.
