Need new face moisturizer, ladies please help.

Hi ladies. Do you ever get to that age of where what use to work for you does not work anymore? Well, that is me. I am in my 40's, and I think I need to change my facial lotion.

I have combination skin, and would love to find a moisturizer to include SPF (if possible), something that is light and not heavy feeling, but yet moisturizes the skin.

Is there such a dream moisturizer that does all that, and doesn't cost an arm and leg?
