Need advice tiny lumps under skin

Please Help!

I am in my early 50's and suffered from cystic acne thru my 20's and 30's. I am very lucky that I have a very good dermatologist and have no scars. I have always took very good care of my skin and have no wrinkles but thought at this point in my life I could enjoy having clear skin. I went to my dermatologist and also saw a plastic surgeon and was told if they extract the lumps there would be indentations in my skin, and if they freeze burn them off there might be a mark. Would appreciate anyone with the same problem to lead me in right direction for help.
