Thank you all. The Yeast Guard and Antifungal powder has pretty much gotten rid of the rash. I have one red dot which could be anything so I am not messing with it. I have also been wearing V-necks to let the area get plenty of air. I am pretty sure the culprit was the sweatshirts and night sweats.

For future reference, several dermatologists have told me to never use Neosporin on a rash because it frequently causes allergic reactions. As for,"it was not a serious health issue it was a common rash.", many rashes can indicate serious health problems and can be serious infections.
