Need advice Silk'N FaceFX / PMD Personal MicroDermabrasion - anyone actually own this product??

On the other network - they are advertising this product - Silk'N FaceFX. I have TMJ and was thinking this might be nice to use on the jaw joint - since they are hyping it as being useful for pain issues..

Then there is the PMD - personal microdermabrasion unit - but that would do nothing for TMJ - but they are saying they will not longer be able to have the exclusive for this product - everywhere else I see it is much more expensive.

Or are these just gimicks? I have a Nutrasonic and really like that for cleaning the skin.
