Need Help with Insider...

Hi...

I am an insider since July...

My first magazine sent was the September issue but I was able to
go online to view the magazine in July and August.

On page 23 of the AUGUST issue, which is STILL online, there
is an item I want to purchase....
Valerie's Trees......
Item number is H10707 for the Member Price of $39.88 with Free Ship

I am clicking on the item and it is displaying the item but at the REGULAR price....

Why is QVC NOT displaying the Insider Price for me ???

I thought that if the magazine items were available, we could, as Insiders,
go back up to 2 or 3 months(can't remember which) and purchase the items listed.
The August Issue is still listed.....
Click on October, then the last three issues will appear....

The item is still listed, and AVAILABLE when I click on it....

Can anyone Help ?????{#emotions_dlg.confused1}
