Several good ones are Revision Nectifirm, there are a few from Isomers, Skinn Chin Up, SSC CorrecChin, and Prai has one that has a very good following.

Which ones REALLY works? None.

If it's the underlying muscle that needs to be tightened, no topical cream is going to tighten muscle underneath. Though creams will help the texture of the skin, which can be youthful.

But to tighten a saggy jowl or neck? Nope....surgery's the only thing that can fix that. Save your money. Don't buy into the promises of the potions lotions...just Human Body 101 why they don't work.

In the past I've felt what I use on my face is appropriate for neck and chest area. In some cases, like AHA that still holds true- I use on my chest. BUT.. you can use something more emollient for your neck and chest. I'm not sure what issues you're trying to address, but I've had great luck with JM's Infinity Cream, which I use on my face during bitter winters.

I'm not so sure about the claims some of these neck creams make. Once that area goes south it's hard to correct. Probably the best you can do is diminish some neck rings temporarily and keep that area soft and supple.

I'm starting to lose some of the tone in my jawline. I believe the ingredient DMAE helps there- yet I expect no miracles. I am using Skinn's yellow version of Chin-up for the first time. Can't give it love as it's much too soon to tell.

Early prevention is key. Even then... hereditary issues can get in the way.

Merry Christmas, all!

Re: JM's Infinity Cream.. I meant I also use on my face in winter. I've been using on my neck and chest year-round.

I'm liking Skinn's DermaLift Neck @ Decolette Serum -- it's really a nice cream rather than a serum as we think of them. Feels good, seems to make the neck look healthy and nourished, dries quickly.

He also has Day and Night Neck Serums and Creams which I have (got them all in a kit), but I just use this one.

I use the same thing on my neck that I do on my face. Argan Oil followed by my moisturizer. JMO, one doesn't need a special cream for the neck.
